Sport Hotel's mountain specialities

Sport Hotel is more than just a cosy establishment surrounded by the beautiful, unspoilt nature of the Dolomites. In order to pamper our guests, our kitchen offers classic cuisine as well as a wide range of locally produced mountain specialities, relying exclusively on local producers and artisans to ensure that we serve traditional dishes with a unique, authentic flavour.


Our kitchen is always available to prepare typical, seasonal and traditional dishes, ingredients permitting, to promote the culinary tradition of the area. Among the many mountain specialities you can sample from our menu, you will find the much-loved "knèili d'la stua" (dumplings from the "Stua"), "kazunzì" (stuffed casoncelli pasta) or "gnocchi d'pàn" (bread gnocchi pasta with melted butter).

Run by one of our owners, Sport Hotel's kitchen offers much more than just classic mountain specialities. We also create unique menus that are perfect for a journey through Veneto's gastronomic tradition and history. Upon request, we are also happy to create variations of our dishes, suitable for children or guests with food intolerances.
